MAKE UP WISHES.

1. Mac 266 Brush - The perfect angled brush for someone like me who religiously wears liquid eyeliner (except maybe on Sundays.)

2. Mac Select Sheer Powder -  I get through pots of this stuff a year... it will always be on my list!

3. Mac Lipstick in 'Rebel' - My lipstick collection is full of reds and oranges so i'm wishing for a perfect plum shade to take me through winter.

4. Clarins Eye Contour Balm - This bad boy product has nothing but good reviews for keeping your eyes fresh & reducing fine lines. Who woudn't want it? 

I do.

5. Urban Decay Naked eyeshadow duo palette - I am really lacking in a good eye shadow palette & would you just look at those baked shades!

6. Real Techniques Brushes - These brushes have been raved about, so naturally i'm dying to try them for myself!

7. La Rouche-Posay Effaclar Duo - Tanya Burr swears by this for when your skin needs some extra help, & anything that is good enough for her is certainly good enough for old Helen! 

8. Yves Saint Laurent Touche Eclat - Believe all the hype about this! It is my all time favourite concealer/highligher/magic gold pen.

9. Essie Nail Polish in 'Topless & Barefoot' & 'Bahama mama'  - Deep silky plum & fresh nude. My perfect seasonal polish shades.

10. Benefit Brow Zings  - One of my best friends Mollie uses this & she has got the most banging brows. I want them & so would you if you could see them.

11. Topshop Highlighter & Blush in 'Flush' - I tested this highlighter on my hand & it was so fresh & shimmery. I have also been after a new blusher which isn't too pink, as it doesn't really suit my skin tone... so I think this one fits the old bill.

 So i've been wanging on about roll necks for a while now, & this is my fave one. It's Zara TRF, it's not on the website but they did have loads in store in different colours. I want them all! Navy is next for sure. They're only like £15, which is think is an absolute bargain and will see you right through the season. INVEST!

I've been living in this trusty Topshop Boyfriend coat. This comes in different colours as well now, they do a perfect bright poppy red one, which you can find here.

It was so nice to be able to wack out the sunnies again this morning! I don't know about you, but I absolutely love cold days with sunny blue skies! 

My sunnies are AJ Morgan @ Asos, my jeans are Topshop 'Lacey', my belt is H&M, my bag is Topshop, my boots are Topshop 'Athena' & my lipstick is Chanel is 'Incandescente'.

So this is how my Christmas List is progressing... no doubt there will be 20 more things on there by this time next week. 

I'm going through a reddy purple oxblood phase at the moment, probably because it's just started to get cold and it reminds me of cosy Autumn. 

I love this Asos faux pony skin clutch, they have so many amazing colours, something to go with errrrything! The bright orange & bright yellow would be next on my list. 

Being the granny that I am, i'm a firm Marks & Spencers fan, & it's the only place I ever buy my lingerie. They're always such great quality & they use really gorgeous fabrics & colours. So I was really excited about Rosie HW bringing out a collection, & I am certainly not dissapointed. It's filled with silk, lace & rich luxuarious colours. The one on my wish list is my favourite, but you have to see it on to appreciate the amazing shape of it. It comes in black as well, which is always a wee bit tempting!

FACE LACE.

 

 

So you might have seen this brifly in my 'what i've been upto post', but I wanted to show you a bit more in depth about the amazing Face Lace.

I originally ordered mine for a masquerade ball, as didn't want the same mask as someone else, & now I am in love with it! I want more occasions to wear them for! You can re-use them as well, so I wore mine for the second time at work for halloween. 

The one I am wearing is called 'Mini Squirlyqueue', but there are so many beautiful styles to choose from. They've got a really great stylised video on the home page where you can see the different types in more detail. 

 

Millie Mackintosh is also a fan, here she is looking absolutely gorgeous in her Face Lace. 

What a top banana.
