WE LOVE POPPY'S.

 

 

 

So I have a new little love.

I discovered We <3 Poppy's after I was invited to one of their blogging events. Sadly, I couldnt go, but I checked out their website & as soon as I did it made me smile! 

They have designed tones of different little 'poppy's' of all colours, shapes and sizes to sit on top of your laptop, smart Phone or tablet to add a bit of sparkle and fun. Theres a little something for everyone from skulls and snakes, to hearts and poodles. They lovely ladies at We <3 Poppy's were kind enough to send me these cute little kissing fish from their summer collection... which are now sitting proudly on top of my iPhone! They do a little pineapple which is next on my list. One of my best friends and owner of Carbonwings Apparel has a beloved cat called Pineapple, so it'll be a perfect present for her.

So these are my new favourite jeans. They're Noisy May @ Vero Moda & you can find them here.  I really am fussy with jeans, they have to be super comfy and quite high waisted & these ones fit the bill perfectly. I also love the wash. Winner winner.

Recently, I also have a new found love of pink! I've never been a pink kind of girl & I don't know where this fondness has come from but i'm going to embrace it. I love this little pink t.shirt from Zara, it's so versatile & it was only £7.99. Barg! My necklace is also from Zara. 

Good old Zara... she is a pal.

So here are two little purchases from yesterday. I can tell i'm going to live in this little Noisy May dress in the summer. I'm not really big on tight/really short dresses & I absolutely love grey... so this bad boy is just made for me!

I picked my little yellow clutch up in a charity shop! I used to spend ages trapesing around all the charity shops in my town, but I just got out the way of it and haven't been for ages. After this cheeky find I think i'll have to start again. It's exciting, you never know what you might discover & who doesn't love a good bargain?! 

(p.s... HOORAY for the return of my mumas hanging baskets!! Summer must be on it's way!)

Always a firm fan of Phillip Lim, his Reort 2014 collection is my best of the bunch. 

Leather playsuits, block metallics, round sunnies, satchel style rucksacks, dipped hem shift dresses, buttery soft leather joggers, monochrome shoes & sports style fabrics. What is not to love? 

I haven't included any of the pictures actually, but as well as the nudes, tans and pastels he had added flashes on tangeringe orange in the form of tailored trousers, blazers and a skirt. Which floats every single one of my boats, as orange is my very favourite colour.

Genius.

MAJORCA MAJORCA!

 

So I am back from my hols & thought i'd share a few snaps with you! Im sorry they're not very outfit related... I took quite a few bits to wear in the evening but it got chilly & I hadn't prepared, so I ended up living in maxi skirts & sweaters at night.

I had such a lovely time though, it was so unbelievably nice not having to worry about the time & not have anything you have to be doing. I want to go back already!

So here I go again off on my summer holiday... & I don't get any braver about flying from one year to the next! I just hate it. I woke up this morning in a panic & ate a whole block of Cheshire cheese. There go the squats i've been doing all week! Im such a doofus.
